Hi everyone, we have 2 exciting things to share with you all.
- Last week we had our much awaited Italian lorry in, full of beautiful trees and shrubs. Thank you to all our team for their hard work!

THEFT!
We are asking the Island community for any witnesses or information about a break in that happened last night (6th April) at Forest View Nursery along Forest Road, Newport.
The criminals have cut through 2 parts of our metal fence with bolt croppers and stole 6 LARGE PALMS from our family run business.
They would have needed a large vehicle and probably at least 2 men to lift the heavy palm trees, this would have taken some time.
If anyone knows anything please message us (you will be kept anonymous)
We have reported this to the police alongside evidence left at the scene.
We are a small local business who (like everyone) has suffered from the effects of Covid19. This is a really sad state of affairs which at this tough time, we can't quite believe someone would do.
Please share this post so we can find out who has done this!
Also if you're offered a palm (Trachycarpus) like the one in the image, please report to us or the police!

You may have noticed that some of our plants have been grown in a grey toned pot. This was due to be our big launch this spring
of our new environmentally friendly
recyclable pots.
Due to Covid this is now happening on a smaller scale. As we run out of our old pots, we are switching to the new recyclable ones.
The new pots are made from 100% recycled plastic and are 100% recyclable at kerbside! But of course if you can re-use them yourself, this will be even better.

In the nursery and greenhouses it is not necessary.
